About the Firm: 

A Top 50 firm situated in Sydney CBD has a unique and lucrative position available. This position has become available because the existing manager has just been promoted to Director within the firm. You will handle an impressive portfolio of clients such as HNWIs, family offices, international organisations and consolidated groups with TOs up to $500 million. You will be focused largely on business advisory and speak with clients frequently. Value-add services are also expected of you, and the firm hopes you will utilise your years of expertise to uncover advantages for the firm and clients alike. This role is suited for a highly technical and strategic person who is confident in taking their career to the next level.

About You:

You will lead and mentor a team of accountants while answering directly to the team Partner. The right candidate will be driven and confident in their advisory capabilities, as well as have excellent interpersonal skills when engaging with clients. In addition, you must have: 
  • Full CA/CPA qualification 
  • Over 8 years business services experience 
  • Technically adept in all aspects of business services & advisory 
  • Experience managing a team of staff including senior accountants 
  • Superb verbal and written communication skills 
  • Australian permanent residency and be onshore
