You will take the lead on brands in the beauty and lifestyle space and continue their success in market 

Description 

  • Develop the annual Marketing Plan for your brand/s. 
  • Prepare A&P spend by month for brand/s and re-assess these forecasts regularly through PPR  process.
  • Implement the Marketing Plan to schedule.
  • Drive value from A&P spend to ensure maximum return on investment
  • Lead and implement the 3 year brand innovation strategy.
  • Work with local project team to ensure global and local new product innovation is launched on time.
  • Lead the Communication Strategy for the Brand for Australia and NZ
  • Focus on ensuring all digital brand communication is kept up to date and relevant to the target market.
  • Develop/Maintain brand positioning in clear and succinct terms of “Key Consumer Benefits and Reason Why”.
  • Identify Product Development opportunities (including packaging) that will meet or improve overall brand positioning.
  • Continually monitor the business,  markets and competitors across market size and growth, market shares, pricing, advertising and promotional initiatives  
  • Liaise with all outside Agencies in order to meet objectives. Prepare clear and succinct briefs.
  • Maintain an on-going Market Analysis and recommend corrective action where required via provided tools: IRI and where applicable Quantium.
  • Conduct regular Sales Analyses and report findings and recommend corrective action applicable.
  • Provide updates to Sales Team to assist with demand planning process.
  • Assist with Review Presentations and attend key retailer meetings.

You will ideally have a back ground in brand management from consumer goods, lifestyle and or beauty. You are highly regarded for your innovative approach and have grown your brands considerably in market. You love being innovative and driving brands in new categories through your NPD and creativity.
