Description



  • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to develop and implement marketing and Brand strategies that drive brand differentiation and achieve business objectives across the portfolio.
  • Support the brand strategy development and execution of the brand plan and product strategy across the portfolio.
  • Support in developing strong consumer, brand and audience led insights into new project development pipeline across portfolio to drive awareness, trial and repeat purchase.
  • Working closely with NPD on new product launches to manage packaging, artwork design, project timelines and comms rollout, as well as input to retailer sell-decks and range reviews.
  • Translate the brand voice and vision throughout all online marketing activation and digital touchpoints, including managing production of editorial, assets, creative, social and content.
  • Measure and report on the performance of NPD, gain insight and assess against brand health goals and marketing budgets - including management of overall Campaign / Experiments tracking against owned & Paid campaigns
  • Ensure adherence to the marketing budget and manage all related items to NPD and campaign launch.
  • Conduct market analysis with clear conclusions and recommendations, including regular review of competitors, post-market review of NPD/key initiatives, and input into category reviews.
  • Complete monthly reporting tasks, including month-end reporting, and contribute to monthly marketing forecasts and executive meetings when required.
  • Manage agency relations to execute strategies within budget.
  • Monitor and analyse social media performance, offering insights for optimisation.
  • Coordinate digital marketing campaigns and e-commerce content requirements.

Profile

  • Experience in a broad brand Mangers role managing campaigns and NPD launches
  • FMCG experience would be highly regarded and a preference.
  • Exposure to category and brand reviews with major grocery highly desired
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail, with the ability to see a plan through from concept to implementation.
  • Superior stakeholder management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and drive projects forward.
  • Demonstrated experience devising and implementing omnichannel marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to work in an extremely fast paced environment
