Join an Operational Team for an 8-week temporary role (with potential for extension) as an Administration Assistant – Scheduler. You’ll support smooth service delivery by managing calendars, scheduling sessions, and helping the team operate efficiently.

Join an Operational Team for an 8-week temporary role (with potential for extension) as an Administration Assistant – Scheduler. You’ll support smooth service delivery by managing calendars, scheduling sessions, and helping the team operate efficiently.
Key responsibilities:
- Schedule and reschedule sessions using Skedulo.
- Collaborate with practitioners, team leaders, and admin partners to maximise operational impact.
- Provide attentive customer service to stakeholders.
- Monitor service plans and ensure appointments are timely and organised.
- 6–12 months administration experience, ideally with a customer service focus.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.
- Experience with scheduling/calendar management or allied health/NDIS sector is a plus.
- Working with Children Check / Blue Card
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Valid Driver’s Licence (relevant state)
