Administration Assistant
8-Week Temp
Hybrid: Parramatta & Penrith

Join an Operational Team for an 8-week temporary role (with potential for extension) as an Administration Assistant – Scheduler. You’ll support smooth service delivery by managing calendars, scheduling sessions, and helping the team operate efficiently.

Key responsibilities:
  • Schedule and reschedule sessions using Skedulo.
  • Collaborate with practitioners, team leaders, and admin partners to maximise operational impact.
  • Provide attentive customer service to stakeholders.
  • Monitor service plans and ensure appointments are timely and organised.
About you:
  • 6–12 months administration experience, ideally with a customer service focus.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.
  • Experience with scheduling/calendar management or allied health/NDIS sector is a plus.
Mandatory:
  • Working with Children Check / Blue Card
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Valid Driver’s Licence (relevant state)
