As an Administration Assistant your responsibilities will be as follows:
Highly organised and efficient
Be able to work from a task list
Microsoft Teams well Microsoft Teams well
Excel spreadsheet – reading and basic formulas i.e addition/ subtraction for calculations (immediate)
Monitor Outlook calendar/ setup meetings/ follow ups
Experience with PowerPoint presentations
Accounting system/ expenses
To be successful in this application, you will have:
Demonstrated experience administration
Knowledge and experience in a training related area.
Advanced skills in MS Excel and MS Word
