Talent Acquisition Resourcer

Are you an organised, proactive recruitment support professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a capable Talent Acquisition Resourcer on a 6-month contract.
In this role, you’ll support high-volume recruitment activity by sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, preparing documentation, and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities
  • Source and screen candidates across multiple channels to support ongoing recruitment needs
  • Coordinate interviews, assessments, and candidate communications
  • Prepare contracts, onboarding documentation, and assist with internal staff movements
  • Maintain and update candidate, employee, and contractor records within internal systems to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Respond to enquiries from candidates and hiring managers with timely, clear information
  • Support the Talent Acquisition team to deliver consistent, high-quality recruitment services
  • Contribute to process improvements and assist with operational recruitment tasks as required
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with organisational policies, procedures, and relevant legislation

About You
  • Experience in Talent Acquisition, Resourcing, Recruitment Coordination, or Administration in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable supporting a high-volume recruitment function with strong attention to detail
  • Confident using recruitment systems, HRIS, or digital databases (experience with SuccessFactors is an advantage)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, customer-focused approach
  • Highly organised, adaptable, and solutions-oriented
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
