In this role, you’ll support high-volume recruitment activity by sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, preparing documentation, and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

In this role, you’ll support high-volume recruitment activity by sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, preparing documentation, and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates across multiple channels to support ongoing recruitment needs
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and candidate communications
- Prepare contracts, onboarding documentation, and assist with internal staff movements
- Maintain and update candidate, employee, and contractor records within internal systems to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Respond to enquiries from candidates and hiring managers with timely, clear information
- Support the Talent Acquisition team to deliver consistent, high-quality recruitment services
- Contribute to process improvements and assist with operational recruitment tasks as required
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with organisational policies, procedures, and relevant legislation
About You
- Experience in Talent Acquisition, Resourcing, Recruitment Coordination, or Administration in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable supporting a high-volume recruitment function with strong attention to detail
- Confident using recruitment systems, HRIS, or digital databases (experience with SuccessFactors is an advantage)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, customer-focused approach
- Highly organised, adaptable, and solutions-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
