Senior UX Designer


We are looking for a talented UX Designer to take ownership of the customer journey across ecommerce platforms. This is a role for someone who thrives on turning insight into action balancing visual design with usability to create digital experiences that truly work. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to improve existing site flows, launch new features, and refine every interaction point. From mapping out user behaviour to designing clean, responsive interfaces, you will play a key role in shaping how users engage with our brand online.


Be responsible for:

• Leading UX thinking across product pages, checkout flows, and site navigation
• Using data, heatmaps, and testing tools to inform and optimise designs
• Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals
• Ensuring consistency across mobile and desktop experiences
• Collaborating with developers to bring designs to life accurately
• Proactively identifying friction points and edge cases across the user journey

Experience:

• UX/UI experience, ideally within ecommerce or fast-paced digital environments
• Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and UX best practices
• Confident communicator who can justify design choices and present ideas clearly
• Detail-focused, with the ability to blend form and function seamlessly
