Client Details

Our client is going through significant change and in the process of integrating five businesses. With change, comes opportunity. This is one of those golden opportunities for an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to get involved in many people initiatives in addition to BAU recruitment. An innovative business with a leading revolutionary product, our client has the backing of their heavy weight sister company that operates on a global platform. 

Role types to recruit: Applications | Data Analysts | Data Scientists | Engineers

This is a green playing field for the right candidate. There is opportunity for the successful applicant to build and develop a small team of around 3/4 recruiters. 


  • Own the recruitment process and pipeline for all new candidates across the business
  • Define and shape our processes including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and hiring by identifying and utilising creative sourcing strategies across all roles
  • Work closely with P&C to define the standard for the candidate experience 
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirement and create defined role descriptions and position statements
  • Assist with developing the company’s brand while building a sustainable pipeline and community of candidates
  • Identify strong talent for the recruitment team and develop capability accordingly


A WEAPON Senior Teach Recruiter required. You must have:

  • At least three years experience in a senior tech recruiting role; agency or internal
  • Experience hiring technical roles including engineers, Data Analysts, Applications
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Self motivated, accountable and resilient
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and an innate ability to read your audience
