Description
- Own the recruitment process and pipeline for all new candidates across the business
- Define and shape our processes including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and hiring by identifying and utilising creative sourcing strategies across all roles
- Work closely with P&C to define the standard for the candidate experience
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirement and create defined role descriptions and position statements
- Assist with developing the company’s brand while building a sustainable pipeline and community of candidates
- Identify strong talent for the recruitment team and develop capability accordingly
Profile
A WEAPON Senior Teach Recruiter required. You must have:
- At least three years experience in a senior tech recruiting role; agency or internal
- Experience hiring technical roles including engineers, Data Analysts, Applications
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter
- Self motivated, accountable and resilient
- Strong stakeholder engagement and an innate ability to read your audience
