Senior Project Officer
Location: Parramatta - Hybrid
Full-time | 6 month Contract

Are you an experienced project professional who thrives in complex delivery environments? We’re looking for a Senior Project Officer to lead end-to-end project delivery and support high-quality construction outcomes.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead all stages of project delivery, including procurement, tender documentation, design review, approvals, and construction management.
• Ensure projects comply with AHO, statutory, quality, and safety standards.
• Work closely with Construction Managers, Work Stream Leads, and Project Managers to track project status, risks, issues, and budgets.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, coordinating resources and overseeing timelines, scope, and costs.
• Manage project teams to ensure governance, quality, and milestone delivery requirements are met.
• Prepare and contribute to project reporting, including budget updates, risk management, and ad hoc reporting.
• Provide timely advice to stakeholders on emerging issues and support informed decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in end-to-end project delivery, ideally within construction or infrastructure environments.
• Strong understanding of project governance, compliance, and safety requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multi-disciplinary project teams.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving capability and attention to detail.
• Current Driver’s Licence (mandatory).
