Description:
Reporting to the Head of Legal, you will play a pivotal role in the conversion and contractual formation of a diverse set of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide proactive, strategic and quality legal advice across the full lifecycle of projects.
- Support dispute/ issue management.
- Collaborate and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Minimum of 6 years PQE from a leading firm or top tier construction company
- Background major projects in the construction sector
- Experience with commercial law, litigation and insolvency (preferred)
- Law degree & valid Australian practising certificate
