Description:

Reporting to the General Counsel  - Transactions, this role will offer you a diverse range of responsibilities as well as the opportunity to work with some of the most renowned legal experts in the industry.

Responsibilities:

The Senior Legal Counsel is responsible for providing transactional legal support services including:

• Provide strategic legal advice, guidance and support to the company’s executives and bid teams.
• Offer legal backing for project governance initiatives and report to governance bodies, as necessary.
• Drive continuous improvement across operations businesses in accordance with the group’s policies and procedures.

Profile:

• 8+ PQE in both private practice and in-house ASX listed organisations.
• Experience advising on complex transactions & project delivery issues.
• Demonstrated proficiency in delivering clear and audience-tailored advice on various legal and commercial matters.
• Comprehensive understanding of construction law and contracts.
