SAP SuccessFactors Consultant
12-Month Contract | Full-Time | Hybrid

We’re seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to enhance and maintain Employee Central and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and impactful HR system improvements.
About the Role
In this hands-on role, you’ll take ownership of incidents, changes, and enhancements across the EC and EC Time Off modules. Working closely with HR and Payroll stakeholders, you’ll gather requirements, resolve issues, and design scalable, business-focused solutions that improve workforce management and efficiency.
You’ll play a key role in system governance, testing, and documentation — as well as supporting training and knowledge sharing to uplift system capability across the team.

- Proven end-to-end experience across SuccessFactors EC and Time Off implementations
- Minimum 5 years’ hands-on SAP SuccessFactors configuration experience
- SAP Certifications in EC and EC Time Off (preferred)
- Strong consulting skills across requirements gathering, design, testing, and deployment
- A collaborative approach with a focus on service excellence and continuous improvement
