SAP SuccessFactors Consultant – Employee Central Payroll
12-Month Contract | Full-Time | Hybrid

We’re seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Consultant to drive the implementation, optimisation, and continuous improvement of payroll operations — ensuring compliance, accuracy, and a seamless employee experience.
 
About the Role
As part of a high-performing SAP SuccessFactors team, you’ll partner with HR, Payroll, and IT stakeholders to design, configure, and enhance the EC Payroll platform.
This hands-on delivery role offers strong business exposure — where your expertise will directly influence payroll performance, data accuracy, and user satisfaction.
 
About You
You’re a seasoned SAP functional consultant who enjoys solving complex payroll challenges and improving systems that support business excellence. You’re confident working across teams, managing multiple priorities, and driving tangible results.
You bring:
  • Proven experience delivering SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll solutions
  • Hands-on configuration skills in wage types, schemas, and payroll rules
  • Strong understanding of Australian payroll legislation and compliance
  • Experience with the Payroll Control Centre
  • Ability to support end-to-end payroll operations, issue resolution, and testing
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Awareness of upcoming SuccessFactors roadmap updates and a commitment to continuous learning
