- Hands-on configuration skills in wage types, schemas, and payroll rules
- Strong understanding of Australian payroll legislation and compliance
- Experience with the Payroll Control Centre
- Ability to support end-to-end payroll operations, issue resolution, and testing
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Awareness of upcoming SuccessFactors roadmap updates and a commitment to continuous learning
