This role will be responsible for driving sales execution and business growth through management of key accounts and strong leadership of the sales team. Experience of manufacturing and a good understanding of the building and construction industry is vital.
Key responsibilities;
Leadership
Ideally degree educated but more importantly a proven track record in sales management, a good understanding of manufacturing and innovation trends would be highly advantageous. An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data is required alongside proficiency in CRM (Salesforce).
Package
Base salary – 150-180k plus super, company vehicle and incentive.

- Lead, mentor and inspire the sales team
- Set performance expectations, goals and objectives
- Encourage continuous professional development
- Nurture relationships with key customers
- Develop a strong understanding of customer and industry needs/requirements
- Implement account strategies to ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify emerging opportunities with new customers
- Create innovative new business strategies
- Generate leads and initiate meaningful conversations
- Establish and manage a sales pipeline whilst monitoring and evaluating sales performance
- Coaching and support the sales team
- Contribute to the formulation of the company’s sales and business growth strategy
