- Manage incoming and outgoing mail distribution.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold procedural integrity.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in document handling and administrative processes.
- Excellent communication skills for phone inquiries.
- Availability for the full contract period with immediate start preferred.
