Registry Officer
Duration: 3 month contract
Location: CBD Office

The Registry Officer plays a key role in supporting the operations in a high-volume, dynamic government environment. This role requires strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills to ensure accurate record-keeping and efficient document management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform data entry with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Handle printing, filing, scanning, and emailing of documents.
  • Respond to simple phone inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail distribution.
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold procedural integrity.
Essential Requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in document handling and administrative processes.
  • Excellent communication skills for phone inquiries.
  • Availability for the full contract period with immediate start preferred.
