Reception/Admin
Location: Springvale, Victoria (Car required)
Part-time 

We're seeking a reliable and proactive individual to assist with triaging incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate person or call center. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone seeking a part-time role in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Welcome visitors with professionalism and warmth.
  • Manage a multi-line phone system, transferring calls and taking messages for our team of 120.
  • Coordinate domestic travel arrangements and assist with export documents.
  • Utilize MS Excel for various administrative tasks, including data entry for payroll.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
  • Control building entry and manage visitor access.
  • Provide administrative support as needed, including filing, scanning, and photocopying documents.
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in reception or administration preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact at all levels.
