We're seeking a reliable and proactive individual to assist with triaging incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate person or call center. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone seeking a part-time role in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors with professionalism and warmth.
- Manage a multi-line phone system, transferring calls and taking messages for our team of 120.
- Coordinate domestic travel arrangements and assist with export documents.
- Utilize MS Excel for various administrative tasks, including data entry for payroll.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Control building entry and manage visitor access.
- Provide administrative support as needed, including filing, scanning, and photocopying documents.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by management.
- Previous experience in reception or administration preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact at all levels.
