The Role
The role provides an excellent opportunity to be exposed to all aspects of our client’s property team.  The work includes commercial conveyancing, commercial and retail leasing, acquisitions and disposals.  The clients range from property trusts, private property owners and national and regional landlords and tenants.  You will be an integral member of a high performing and experienced team with extensive experience in Property Law.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Property Lawyer with 1-3 years PAE;
• Relevant experience preferably gained in another mid to large sized law firm;
• A desire to build and develop your career in the area;
• The ability to work well both autonomously and as part of our close-knit team.
• Strong drafting skills, research skills and attention to detail;
• Natural ability and desire to build strong client relationships;
• Solid communication skills both written and verbal.
