Description


As the Project Manager / Business Analyst, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of a CLM system, supporting procurement, vendor selection, and implementation.

  • Managing the RFP process, including vendor liaison, demo coordination, and communications
  • Evaluating vendor responses and assessing solutions against business requirements
  • Gathering and documenting functional and non-functional requirements
  • Preparing and delivering presentations and recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • Supporting vendor negotiation and contracting processes
  • Managing the project plan, including RAID tracking (risks, assumptions, issues, decisions)
  • Leading project governance, meetings, and stakeholder communications
  • Overseeing implementation, including UAT, change management, and go-live


Profile


You are a versatile PM/BA with strong experience across enterprise system implementations and procurement-led projects.

  • Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Business Analysis, or similar
  • 5+ years’ experience in project delivery roles (PM and/or BA)
  • Proven experience in enterprise software procurement and implementation (CLM highly regarded)
  • Strong capability in business requirements documentation (functional and non-functional)
  • Experience managing or supporting RFP processes and vendor evaluations
  • Understanding of contract management processes
  • Strong executive communication skills, with experience preparing board-level materials
  • Ability to provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making
  • Track record of delivering outcomes in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
