The role:
Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, the People Partner will be a trusted advisor to the wider business. You'll collaborate closely with the Leadership team to develop and implement HR initiatives that align with organisational values and drive operational efficiency.
- Talent Acquisition: Advertise roles, liaise with hiring managers, conduct interviews, and manage on-boarding.
- Employee Lifecycle: Maintain HR records, ensure compliance, and regularly review and update HR policies.
- Performance Management: Support annual performance reviews, career development planning, and staff feedback initiatives.
- Employee Relations: Guide and support staff through change management and conflict resolution.
- Learning & Development: Facilitate training sessions on HR policies, compliance, and workplace relations.
- Health & Safety: Lead OH&S audits, ensure policy compliance, and coordinate committee meetings.
- Relevant qualifications in Human Resource Management or a related discipline.
- Generalist HR experience, ideally within a fast-paced or hospitality-related environment.
- Sound knowledge of Australian employment laws and Awards.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Australian working rights are essential.
