You will be responsible for identifying, implementing, and training staff on AI tools with a focus on practical, ROI-driven outcomes. Reporting directly into an MD working within a small team.

About the role
- Discovery & Implementation: Research, evaluate, and implement relevant AI tools across business functions (investment, finance/operations, admin support).
- Innovation & Change Management: Lead the adoption of AI solutions by training staff, managing change, and fostering a tech-positive culture.
- Process Automation: Identify and automate tasks and workflows, both menial and complex, to improve efficiency.
- Data Management Support: Assist in the development of centralised data repositories (e.g., data lakes) as part of a broader strategy.
- Excel & Document Automation: Automate recurring tasks like financial models, internal papers, and presentations.
Experience
- Professional with experience in technology consulting.
- Preferred background in financial services or a tech-forward banking/AI environment.
- Strong preference for candidates with internal AI implementation experience (not just client-facing roles)
- Strong research and tech evaluation capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and training skills for successful change management.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to deliver tangible ROI.
- Coding skills are a plus, but not required.
- Confident, mature, and able to engage staff at all levels.
- Strong cultural alignment and influence across diverse teams.
