People & Culture Adviser

Are you a proactive and detail-oriented People & Culture professional with a passion for getting the fundamentals right? Do you thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments where you can make an immediate impact? We’re seeking a switched-on P&C Adviser to join our People Operations team.

You’ll support a busy shared services function, managing onboarding, contracts, and maintaining accurate employee data in SuccessFactors.

Key Responsibilities:
 

  • Coordinate onboarding processes and contract preparation for new starters and internal movements
     
  • Maintain and update employee records in SuccessFactors to ensure data accuracy
     
  • Respond to HR queries from employees and managers, providing timely and accurate advice
     
  • Support the People Operations team in delivering consistent and efficient service across the employee lifecycle
     
  • Contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives and operational support tasks
     
  • Ensure alignment with HR policies, procedures, and relevant legislation
     
About You:
 

  • Experience in a People & Culture / HR Adviser or Coordinator role within a fast-paced environment
     
  • Comfortable working in a shared services team with high attention to detail
     
  • Proficient with HRIS platforms (SuccessFactors experience highly desirable)
     
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
     
  • Highly organised and adaptable, with a solutions-focused approach
     
  • Able to manage competing priorities with professionalism and efficiency
