FutureYou are delighted to be partnered with a group of Allied Health practices who are committed to providing high-quality, evidence OT services. Currently on a growth trajectory, the've created a new role for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join their supportive team in Lansvale.

About the role:

• Provide both in clinic and community support.
• Working on a varied case load including which includes NDIS patients.
• Provide quality clinical opinions and justification through comprehensive report writing. 
• Liaising with service providers and within the team to ensure effective communication.

Requirements:

• AHPRA registered.
• Min 2 years experience as an OT. 
• Background checks including NDIS screening check or willing to obtain.
• Experience with home modifications/assistive technology highly desired.
• Able to maintain strong working relationships with patients.
• Excellent communication and report writing skills.
• Drivers license.
