Description 

  • The effective development and execution of brand plan and marketing initiatives for all segments.
  • Leading the development of all campaigns, working with agencies, to ensure that the plans integrate with sales; customer online platforms, instore and pricing activity.
  • Optimising plans across media channels and against target market
  • Understanding market dynamics. A strong market orientation, with a clear view on competitor’s proposition and product offering 
  • Providing strategic marketing input into New Product Development (NPD) and the overall pipeline of innovation
  • Working closely with cross-functional project teams in the development and launch of new products
  • Championing the brand activity across all channels with a particular focus on social media platforms 
  • Driving market analysis and category insights, to underpin decisions around ranges and optimisation for growth
  • Leadership in consumer insights across all segments, ensuring the research is applied to optimising product portfolio and new product development
  • Team leadership, coaching and leading a team 



Profile

On top of having a strong background in FMCG Marketing you will have exceptional insights and data skills with the ability to capture, read and base decisions off scan data and consumer insights. You will have a healthy creative flare and be able to manage external agency relationships strengthening the ability to join together and deliver exciting and successful campaigns and new product launches. You will draw on your management skills for end to end delivery and thrive in working in a supportive yet autonomous environment where you will be surrounded by extremely passionate peers.
