Client Details

A leading Australian construction and infrastructure company, is looking for a Legal Counsel to join their growing European legal team – reporting directly to the Head of Legal in construction & consulting. As part of this role, you will be involved in supporting a number of exciting and innovative projects in the United Kingdom.


Description 

Key Responsibilities:
 

• Providing legal support on proposed and active projects
• Liaising with external counsel when necessary
• Assistance with legal training
• The provision of general commercial legal advice
• The management of contracts and legal documentation

Profile

Key Requirements:

• 6+ years PQE
• Thorough knowledge of construction law
• Prior experience working on major construction and infrastructure projects
• Exposure to contract review and negotiation
