SAP SuccessFactors Consultant 
Location: Macquarie Park / Hybrid
Full-Time | 12 Month Contract

We’re looking for an experienced Consultant to support and enhance SAP Employee Central and EC Time Off, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and the delivery of business-led HR solutions.

About the Role

As a key member of the HR Systems team, you’ll take ownership of incidents, changes and enhancements across EC and EC Time Off modules. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across HR and payroll to gather requirements, resolve issues, and deliver fit-for-purpose solutions that support workforce management and operational efficiency.
You’ll bring a strong mix of functional knowledge and configuration expertise, with the ability to translate business needs into scalable system changes. You’ll also contribute to governance, support testing and documentation, and help uplift capability through training and knowledge sharing.

About You

You’re a hands-on SuccessFactors Consultant with deep expertise in EC and Time Off. You enjoy solving system issues, designing better processes, and collaborating with the business to deliver improvements. You take ownership, communicate clearly, and know how to balance technical detail with business context.

You will bring:
  • Proven experience across the full lifecycle of EC and EC Time Off implementations
  • At least five years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience
  • SAP certifications in EC and EC Time Off
  • Strong consulting skills across requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment
  • A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a focus on service excellence
