Description
Reporting to the COO, the Operations Analyst will play a critical role in delivering insights, tools, and reporting to optimise operations and enhance transparency across the organisation’s contract portfolio.
This role supports end-to-end visibility over contract performance, payment accuracy, and compliance, and is integral to enabling data informed decision making and proactive risk management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Analysing operational and contract data to generate insights and track key metrics
- Designing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and tools to improve data visibility
- Supporting compliance activities including KYC checks and social licence requirements
- Conducting risk assessments and assisting in the development of risk controls
- Driving process improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and reduce costs
- Collaborating across teams to support cross-functional projects and governance standards
- Ensuring data integrity and structure in contract and operational systems
Profile Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, data analytics, engineering, management, or related field
- Additional certification in operations analysis or process improvement is beneficial
Skills & Experience:
- Experience in operations analysis, data analytics, or process optimisation roles
- Proficiency with Excel and tools like Power BI; familiarity with CMS or other reporting platforms
- Understanding of regulatory compliance, risk management, and operational frameworks
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly
- Detail oriented with a focus on accuracy and integrity
- Proactive and analytical with a continuous improvement mindset
- High level of integrity and commitment to compliance
- Adaptable and comfortable working across multiple priorities in a small, fast-paced team
- Strong stakeholder engagement and teamwork capabilities
