A dynamic and innovative resources organisation is going through ambitious and exciting digital transformation program. The organisation is recruiting for a IT project Manager to join their IT Projects team.
Job Description

• Project Management: Lead and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects ensuring alignment with business strategies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholder teams to understand their unique requirements and challenges, fostering strong collaboration to develop IT solutions that enhance overall business performance.
• Timely and Cost-Effective Delivery: Implement robust project management methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, while maintaining a high standard of quality.
• Vendor Management: Engage with external vendors and service providers, ensuring effective partnerships to support project delivery. Negotiate contracts, manage service level agreements, and monitor vendor performance.
• Technical Integration: Apply technical acumen to seamlessly integrate technologies with existing business processes, optimising efficiency and effectiveness.

The Successful Applicant

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in IT project management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical information into business terms for non-technical stakeholders and present to executive level
• Proven experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, and overseeing third-party service providers.
• Technical acumen and experience in seamlessly integrating complex IT projects with broader business processes.
