Key Responsibilities:
People & Culture Operations
- Provide front-line support for HR and employee relations queries.
- Support HR systems and processes, ensuring accurate HRIS records.
- Coach and guide leaders through people matters and employment life-cycle stages.
- Participate in policy review and organisational HR projects.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes and pre-employment checks.
- Ensure smooth on-boarding and induction experiences.
- Work with internal stakeholders on position descriptions and job advertisements.
- Support the development of the organisation's employee value proposition.
- Support WHS Committee meetings and documentation.
- Assist with workers’ compensation cases and WHS audits.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of well-being initiatives.
- Provide payroll processing support during team absences.
- Contribute to broader People & Culture operations and office coordination tasks.
- 2–3 years’ experience in a HR generalist or business partner role.
- A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted relationships.
- Solid understanding of Australian employment law, modern awards, and WHS obligations.
- Experience working across the full employee life-cycle.
- High attention to detail, critical thinking skills, and a collaborative mindset
