Client Details

My client is seeking a Finance Manager who can lead and take ownership of finance transformation, automation, report building and system implementations.
This is a broad and high profile role giving you the opportunity to make a real impact on the business, whilst collaborating with senior stakeholders and the IT team to implement change.

Description
Responsibilities include:

Lead the development of dashboards and automated reporting solutions
Design, build, and maintain dashboards utilising the data warehouse
Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity from source systems to the data warehouse
Leverage AI solutions to enhance reporting and drive efficiency gains
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and best practices in finance automation
Review and document existing processes and controls
Identify opportunities to standardise and streamline finance related processes
Work closely with IT team to build and implement change
Perform selected month-end tasks to support the finance team as required
Prepare half-year and full year financial statements
Assist with preparation of ESG reporting
Key contact point in liaising with auditors during the hard close and full year audit

Profile
This is an excellent opportunity for a CA Qualified Financial Control Manager with a Transformation / Automation / Systems background and a passion for continuous improvement.

The successful candidate must be:

CA / CPA qualified
Must have a Financial Control background
Must have experience working on a major digital transformation project / report building / finance automation / dashboard building
Must have experience working in a complex environment
Ability to collaborate with IT and senior stakeholders
Hands on approach, can-do attitude, excellent verbal and written communication skills
Advanced / Intermediate Excel skills (ability to build pivots, v-lookups and complex formulas)

Job Offer
This is a permanent role and the salary on offer is $160k to $170k base + super + bonus potential.
