- Manage the Executive’s calendar, meetings, and preparation of supporting materials to maximise productivity.
- Facilitate communication and key task delivery across stakeholders to strengthen alignment and collaboration.
- Support strategic and business planning, monitor project milestones, and provide timely reporting and updates.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for internal and external enquiries, maintaining confidentiality and ensuring resolution.
- Provide financial administration support, including procurement and expense reconciliation, with precision and care.
