Key Responsibilities


We are seeking a Business Analyst with a strong background in finance systems and hands-on exposure to Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O). You will join during a pivotal transformation supporting the build of a greenfield platform. This is a critical role where communication, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to thrive in a multi-disciplinary environment are just as important as your technical skill set.

• Act as liaison between finance, product, vendors, and tech teams.
• Lead requirement gathering, documentation, and process mapping for finance modules (AP/AR/GL).
• Support implementation and rollout of D365 F&O, including training, stakeholder engagement, and post-go-live support.
• Coordinate with Microsoft partners, developers, and internal SMEs.
• Build out scalable workflows, reports, and custom forms as required.

Profile

• Experience as a Business Analyst in finance systems, ideally within ERP implementation projects.
• D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) experience required; end-to-end lifecycle exposure preferred.
• Background in accounting/finance highly valued (e.g., AP, AR).
• Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and simplify complex issues for diverse audiences.
• Strong documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and grow within a scaling business.
