The role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Assistant to join a warm and collaborative team in their Sydney CBD office. In this hands-on role, you will provide EA support to the wider team across the below areas:  

  • Managing diaries and coordinate meetings for the senior leadership team
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and coordinating required client arrangements 
  • Client liaison when required, including event planning and meeting bookings 
  • Formatting, editing and collating both client-facing and internal documents of varying complexity, adhering to the style guide. 
  • Opening and closing of matters and preparing draft engagement documents
  • Credit card management and reconciliation
  • Providing additional assistance as needed by the Directors, contributing to their effectiveness and efficiency
  • Assisting with front-of-house responsibilities, ensuring an excellent experience for clients

The successful candidate:

You are an experienced EA with strong experience in a similar role. You will have worked in a professional services environment previously and have a strong understanding of what a role of this nature requires, both practically and from an emotional intelligence standpoint: 

  • Demonstrated EA experience in professional services
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with high quality standard.
  • Client service mindset, team player and able to handle competing demands. 
  • Positive, can-do attitude towards all aspects of the role.
  • Problem solver with excellent communication skills – able to effectively and confidently communicate with a range of different people, including clients. 
  • Handles sensitive and confidential information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office application suite and comfortable adopting new technologies.
