Location: Macquarie Park /Hybrid
Duration: 9-month contract
  
A high-profile organisation is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Consultant to manage complex ER matters and provide expert guidance to leaders and advisory teams. This is a key role supporting a broad range of employee relations issues and driving best practice across the business.

A high-profile organisation is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Consultant to manage complex ER matters and provide expert guidance to leaders and advisory teams. This is a key role supporting a broad range of employee relations issues and driving best practice across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end management of complex ER cases, including grievances, workplace investigations, performance management, and disciplinary matters.
 - Manage litigation matters up to conciliation/conference stage, including unfair dismissal and general protections claims.
 - Provide expert coaching to leaders on performance and conduct issues, including termination processes.
 - Support the management of employees on long-term sick leave.
 - Act as a point of escalation for Advisors and Senior Advisors, offering guidance and oversight.
 - Assist with ER projects, such as policy reviews, case process improvements, and the delivery of leadership training.

 - WHS and Payroll teams
 - Business Leaders
 - Fraud and Risk teams
 
- Tertiary qualification in HR, ER, law or a related field
 - Minimum 5 years’ experience in an employee relations role within a large, fast-paced organisation
 - Demonstrated experience with conciliation processes at the Fair Work Commission or similar bodies
 - Strong background in handling workplace investigations, grievances, and compliance issues
 - Confident managing stakeholders with varied experience levels across different areas of the business
