As a key leader within the People & Culture function, you will partner closely with senior executives to redefine how the organisation is structured and operates, ensuring it remains agile and strategically aligned to its 2030 vision.

Key Accountabilities
  • Lead Enterprise Workforce Transformation: Design and execute enterprise-wide workforce and organisation strategies that align with strategic priorities and long-term capability needs.
  • Enterprise Organisational Design: Partner with business leaders to architect new operating models and structures that drive efficiency, accountability, and future-readiness.
  • Strategic Workforce Planning: Shape the organisation’s approach to workforce planning — ensuring capability, capacity, and culture are aligned to business growth and transformation objectives.
  • Leadership & Capability Uplift: Coach and mentor senior leaders and HR business partners to strengthen consulting, change, and organisational design capability across People & Culture.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Influence: Build trusted relationships with executives, acting as a strategic advisor on organisational effectiveness and future workforce design.
  • Future Capability Enablement: Identify critical capabilities for the future, ensuring the workforce evolves in line with business needs, emerging technologies, and new ways of working.
  • Measure Impact: Define and track success metrics for workforce efficiency, capability uplift, and organisational health to demonstrate tangible transformation outcomes.
About You
You are an enterprise transformation leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy, structure, and people. You bring a systemic understanding of how organisations operate and how to design them for agility and impact.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale organisational design or workforce transformation programs across complex, multi-division enterprises.
  • Depth in organisation design frameworks, workforce strategy, and change leadership.
  • Strong consulting, analytical, and problem-solving capability with the ability to translate strategy into practical design and implementation.
  • Executive presence with a track record of influencing senior stakeholders and shaping strategic decisions.
  • Experience building internal consulting and organisational effectiveness capability within HR or People & Culture functions.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity, balancing strategic foresight with pragmatic delivery.
