As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by providing timely and accurate information to the public. You’ll handle a range of inbound customer enquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and support service delivery objectives while maintaining professionalism and empathy at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to a high volume of inbound calls and emails, providing accurate information and guidance.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring enquiries are resolved promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in accordance with departmental procedures.

Profile To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience in customer service or contact centre environments (government experience highly regarded).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle complex or sensitive enquiries with professionalism.
