Responsibilities:

• Provide professional and friendly service to customers.
• Accurately and efficiently process customer orders.
• Ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction by coordinating orders.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues.
• Keep up-to-date with product and service knowledge.
• Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure order accuracy.

Requirements:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in order management systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask and handle high-volume customer inquiries.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively in a team.

• Available to work Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM.
