Client Details

As the Group Accounting & Consolidation Manager your role is instrumental in supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of the Group’s consolidated financial information. You will ensure that people, resources, and processes are fit for purpose to effectively achieve team objectives.

  • Monthly Group Accounting (including overseas subsidiaries)
  • Monthly Group Financial Reports 
  • Annual Group Budgeting, reforecasting including for overseas subsidiaries
  • Business performance and KPI’s preparation and analysis
  • Identifying and addressing accounting and reporting issues, implementing Group policies and procedures across the global finance team, offering practical alternatives to address problems and offer innovative solutions.
  • Driving process improvements 

Profile

As an experienced Accounting and Consolidation Manager you will be someone who can interact and clearly communicate with a broad range of stakeholders across a variety of functions and levels. You will also have a strong willingness and desire to learn and improve processes.
Key experience required:

  • Proven experience in consolidation and financial close.
  • Proven experience in the preparation of consolidated financial statements
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a complex organization, manufacturing, industrial highly desirable 
  • Exposure to a Manufacturing enviroment
  • Exposure to Foreign Currency transaction management 
  • Experience on SAP 
  • Big 4 Experience is preferred.
  • CA/ CPA/ CIMA
