Description:
- Lead and inspire a team to execute commercial projects and partnerships
- Develop robust business cases, financial models, and negotiation strategies to maximise value and minimise risk
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment and successful outcomes
- Engage with external stakeholders, including developers and commercial partners, to explore new business opportunities
- Provide strategic guidance to senior management, leveraging financial expertise and market insights
- Monitor commercial performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement effective strategies
- Professional finance qualification, CA, CPA, CFA
- 8-12 years of demonstrated success in commercial functions or advisory roles.
- Exposure to large-scale, project-based industries (infrastructure, property, construction)
- Prior experience in M&A, Corporate Development or Commercial finance
- Strong financial acumen and experience in identifying business opportunities.
