The Role
The Claims Advisor – Workers Compensation will join the Injury and Claims Management team, providing expert claims management and workers compensation advice. You will help reduce claims costs, ensure compliance with NSW legislation and regulatory requirements, and support a collaborative, high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage workers compensation claims across self-insurance, self-administered, and other frameworks.

  • Rotate across fast-track, front-end, and tail-end claims while maintaining high customer service standards.

  • Respond to internal and external enquiries and resolve complaints efficiently.

  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve objectives and support process improvement initiatives.

  • Maintain compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and organisational claims frameworks.

  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including medical and legal providers.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in workers compensation and injury management within complex organisations.

  • Knowledge of NSW legislative frameworks and claims management best practice.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing priorities.
