We are seeking a proactive Business Project & Change Manager to drive successful project delivery and transformative initiatives within our dynamic logistics environment. This role requires hands-on leadership to align teams with strategic objectives while meticulously managing project details. The ideal candidate will excel in stakeholder engagement, enhance project capabilities, and customize methodologies to meet evolving business needs.

  • Lead and oversee multiple projects to ensure they meet business objectives and deadlines.
  • Develop comprehensive project scopes and plans through collaborative planning.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  • Strengthen project and change management practices throughout the organisation.
  • Adapt project methodologies to effectively address business requirements.
  • Coordinate stakeholders and team members to uphold project accountability and milestones.
  • Quickly grasp diverse business needs to identify key issues and drive project success.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Change Management, or related field. Certification in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) preferred. Change management certification (e.g., Prosci) is advantageous.
  • Minimum 5-7 years in business transformation, project management, and change management in a fast-paced industry. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders concurrently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills and facilitation skills. With a commitment to positive and professional relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Experience in Prosci ADKAR or other Change Management methodology highly desirable.
  • Highly organised with proven experience successfully managing conflicting demands with an ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • Flexible attitude and ability to remain calm and think clearly under pressure.
  • Well-developed time management and organisational skills with the ability to work autonomously (based on limited instruction) as well as a team member.
