They are currently seeking an experienced Business Analyst to play a key role in shaping systems and solutions that improve organisational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse and document complex business processes to define user requirements and process designs.
- Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications for system enhancements and new solutions.
- Advocate for end-users throughout the development lifecycle to ensure solutions align with business goals.
- Oversee user acceptance testing to validate project outcomes and ensure quality.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver training and change readiness activities.
- Produce clear and comprehensive handover documentation to support smooth transitions into BAU.
- Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive, and safe working environment by following workplace policies and procedures.
- Extensive experience as a Business Analyst within large, complex IT environments.
- Background in delivering system and workflow designs, functional specs, and test plans for major distributed projects.
- Skilled in process and data modelling with the ability to convert technical information into business-focused solutions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, both technical and non-technical.
- Proven ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage competing priorities.
- Broadcast software or media technology experience is desirable but not essential.
- Commitment to working transparently, collaboratively, and in alignment with public sector values.
