FutureYou has partnered up with a large recognised major national supplier to recruit and attract their next Payroll Manager, offering up to $180,000+ for an experienced leader to drive payroll transformation across Australia.

Role Highlights

Lead end-to-end payroll operations for a major national employer with 3,000+ staff, focusing on compliance, efficiency, and innovation using SAP SuccessFactors and other systems. Oversee a high-performing team through recruitment, training, and performance management while delivering stakeholder service. Develop roadmaps, harmonise processes, and leverage analytics for business insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage national payroll compliance with privacy laws and EBAs, ensuring timely accuracy.
• Optimise processes, lead change management/training, and standardise across business lines.
• Enhance system performance (SAP SuccessFactors essential), produce reports/dashboards, and support audits.
• Align with HR, Finance, and Operations for strategic initiatives and business continuity.

Essential Requirements

• Candidates need 10+ years in senior payroll roles with proven leadership in large, complex organisations.
• Strong SAP expertise is required
• Hire to Retire process knowledge and success in change/project management to foster a high-performance culture.
• A Bachelor's degree in a related field, advanced MS Excel/Word skills, and solid business acumen complete the profile
