•    Bookkeeper 

•    Well Established Accounting Firm

•    Full-time  Hybrid role + Supportive Team + Parking 

Our client is an established, successful Accounting firm, looking for an exceptional Bookkeeper to join their collaborative and supportive team of professionals. Your previous Bookkeeping experience gained in an accounting firm will be highly regarded, as will your can do attitude.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Payroll (Super, PAYG, IAS ,Payroll Tax )
  • Accounts Payable & Receivable
  • Bank Rec of all AP and AR
  • Follow up of outstanding invoices 
  • BAS statement prep and lodgement
  • Monthly Balance Sheet rec
  • EOM and ad hoc Management Accounts
  • Liaising with tax accounting
  • Continuing to build and refine bookkeeping processes
  • Monthly forecasting
Must have:

  • Proficient on Xero & MYOB.
  • AP/AR/Payroll (Super/PAYG/IAS/Payrol Tax).
  • Bank recons, monthly balance sheet recons prep and laising with Tax accounting team.
  • Excellent stakeholder relations skills.
  • Professional with a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously.
  • Excellent organisation, attention to detal and ability to prioritise effectively in order to meet deadlines.
  • Previous experience working in an Accounting Firm, or Financial Services sector.
  • PR or Citizen
