About this role
This audit and assurance group will provide you with the experience of working on large profitable clients listed on ASX and some SME’s. You will be responsible for the effective management of audit clients and the continuous development of a stable team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing leadership, guidance, and resources to a committed team of 3-5 professionals.
  • Coordinating staff and resources effectively to fulfil client and firm obligations.
  • Collaborating with the Partners in the firm on potential business prospects and transforming them into valuable clients for the firm.
Skills and experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in an Assurance environment within a CA/CPA accounting firm and experience in staff management.
  • Fully accredited CA/CPA.
  • Be technically adept with auditing and accounting standards.
  • Be able to develop relationships with clients and team members.
  • Effective time management and prioritisation abilities to meet audit deadlines across various clients.
  • Have excellent leadership in staff management.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
