Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, guidance, and resources to a committed team of 3-5 professionals.
- Coordinate staff and resources effectively to fulfill client and firm needs.
- Collaborate with the Partners in the firm on potential business prospects and transforming them into valuable clients for the firm.
Skills and Experience
- At least 5 years of experience in an Assurance environment within a CA/CPA accounting firm and experience in staff management.
- Fully accredited CA/CPA.
- Be technically adept with auditing and accounting standards.
- Be able to develop relationships with clients and team members.
- Effective time management and prioritisation abilities to meet audit deadlines across various clients.
- Have excellent leadership in staff management.
- Ability to work autonomously.
