Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive legal representation and defence to healthcare insurance clients facing claims and litigation with a focus on medical malpractice.
Conduct thorough legal research, analyse complex medical and legal issues and develop effective defence strategies to mitigate risks and achieve favourable outcomes for clients.
Drafting of legal documents.

Requirements

Ideally 2-5 years of post-admission experience in either healthcare insurance or life insurance on the defendant side.
Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
Strong communication skills
