A newly created opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated employment lawyer with 2-4 years’ PAE to join a developing and growing Employment practice of a global firm. This firm is known for providing expert legal services across a wide range of sectors, including shipping, aviation, energy, and insurance. With a strong presence in Perth, they are dedicated to delivering exceptional legal solutions to their clients while fostering a supportive and collaborative workplace culture.
 
Responsibilities

• Drafting employment contracts and advising on workplace policies & executive contracts.
• Representing & advising clients from a diverse range of industries, on issues such as unfair dismissals, anti-discrimination law, and occupational health and safety law.
• Acting on industrial relations matters & negotiating disputes with trade unions.

Key Requirements:

• A minimum of 2-4 years PQE gained with at least some of this experience gained in a private practice.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• A positive and proactive attitude.
