Description:

We are seeking multiple dynamic and experienced Change Managers to join the Transformation, Culture, and Innovation team, working at the forefront of shaping the future of our client. This is a unique opportunity for a change professional who combines a strategic mindset with hands on delivery skills to lead and embed transformational change. The People Transformation Change Manager is responsible for designing and delivering transformation initiatives that build and enable a future-fit workforce. The role will focus on workforce efficiency, evolving our ways of working and embedding values of One Team, accountability and integrity.         
        

Profile

This role requires strong change experience, the ability to influence mid-senior executives, and the capability to deliver against a strategic transformation roadmap that positions the business to thrive in a rapidly evolving environment.    
    
  • Proven ability to facilitate strategic change sessions with senior HR and business leaders, guiding them through transformation with confidence and influence.
  • Demonstrated experience in structuring and preparing executive ready papers, presentations, and decision support materials for senior stakeholders.
  • A roll up your sleeves attitude: hands on in developing change collateral, communication materials, and engagement tools tailored to different audiences.
  • High degree of agility and adaptability balancing large scale transformation initiatives alongside tactical change and communications planning for projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to influence, engage, and build trust at all levels, and comfortable navigating complex and ambiguous environments.
  • Able to synthesise diverse ideas into actionable strategies, applying a culture first mindset to all initiatives.
  • Designing and deploying a Unified Culture Plan, leading work on building a Skills-Based Organisation and supporting the delivery of a Cultural Learning Framework.

Experience:
  • Proven experience as a Change Manager, ideally at a senior level (Senior Change Manager / Senior Advisor level).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills are essential. You should be able to clearly articulate complex ideas.
  • A proactive, adaptable, and collaborative individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Someone who can get in, understand the problem, and start developing solutions quickly.
  • Developing and executing change management plans.
  • Identifying and engaging key stakeholders.
  • Facilitating workshops and other interventions.
  • Communicating change impacts and benefits.
  • Building capability and ensuring adoption of new processes/ways of working.
  • Working closely with project teams to integrate change activities.
