Role
The purpose of the Supply Chain is to oversee and optimise the organisation's business support functions to ensure efficient operations and alignment with strategic goals, including Quality, Parts, Supply Chain, Logistics, Office, Warehouse, Fleet.
 
Primary responsibilities are as follows
  • Ensuring products and services meet quality standards through effective processes and procedures.
  • Optimising inventory levels and procurement processes for timely availability of parts.
  • Leading local supply chain management and governance, ensuring adherence to the Delegations of Authority matrix.
  • Refine inventory and warehousing management maximising dispatch and logistics performance.
  • Supervising administrative functions to support smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Managing company vehicles, including maintenance, scheduling, and optimizing utilization.
 
Profile
  • 5- 10 years relevant industry experience within manufacturing (lift industry preferred).
  • Relevant tertiary qualification (commerce or engineering degree preferred
  • General knowledge of ISO 9001, WHS Act and Regulation, AS 1735 series, EN81:20 and the Building Code.
