This role is responsible for the design and delivery of new digital B2B and B2C products, in line with the Digital and Business Strategic Plan. The role will work across the business to drive sustainable product development, scale up current MVP’s and coordinate the pricing, launch and customer delivery of emerging product portfolio. Responsibilities:

  • Manage delivery of product road-map, scaling up MVP’s, managing prioritisation and trade offs with product features
  • Partner with the business in generating, developing and curating ideas across product design and delivery
  • Formulating a product plan and development process with the involved stakeholders, and showcase back
  • Build, operate, review and sustainably manage new products with a focus on continuous improvement along the product lifecycle
  • Price and Commercialise products through research and development, and influence the go to market strategy across digital channels
  • Be customer centric and key measures of success will include customer satisfaction, as well as commercial results
  • Research, define and validate customer focused digital initiatives using customer centric design
  • New Product Development experience and familiarity with design and delivery methodology
  • Proven experience in new product development, specifically developing something from scratch and building, operating and stabilising new products with strong ROI / success in the market
  • High levels of motivation, initiative and performance with product development and transformation Years of experience required
  • Working as a Product Manager / Senior Product Manager for minimum 3-5 years with a strong referential history of launching products to market and delivering on digital strategy
  • Project and program management experience; knowledge of key concepts including phases, plans, deliverable, scope and tasks Strong customer service and project management skills
  • Customer first mentality, ability to walk in the customer's shoes to identify opportunities and solutions that enhance customer experience
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Curious and proactive attitude, keen to make your mark in a role where your impact is clear
